Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist
Location: Gurgaon, India
Department: Human Resources
Experience Required: 3–4 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Partner with hiring managers/team leads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Drive smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS/CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain all documentation.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and statutory benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity).

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions/workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in a fast-paced service/healthcare industry).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
