As an HR Generalist specializing in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development for a leading F&B brand in Bengaluru, your role is crucial in shaping the human resources strategy and practices of the organization. You will play a key role in scaling talent acquisition operations, modernizing workforce practices, and fostering a high-performance culture to attract and retain top talent at all levels. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Policy Development, Modernization & Implementation** - Review and audit existing HR policies across all operational levels to ensure compliance and alignment with modern practices - Formulate role-specific policies catering to different employee segments - Create clear communication materials for policy understanding - Lead organization-wide policy rollout and updates - **Talent Acquisition & Hiring** - Manage recruitment for all positions across factories, retail outlets, and corporate offices - Build relationships with recruitment agencies, institutions, and networks - Design recruitment strategies for different roles and departments - Conduct screenings, interviews, and implement onboarding processes - **Career Development & Employee Growth** - Develop career progression frameworks and growth trajectories - Create individual development plans and succession plans - Facilitate skill development and mentorship programs - Conduct performance reviews and career counseling sessions - **Employee Relations & Organizational Culture** - Maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels - Address concerns and grievances promptly - Foster an inclusive workplace culture - Drive employee engagement initiatives - **Organizational Modernization & Employer Branding** - Transform the organization into an attractive employer brand - Introduce contemporary HR practices and employee-centric policies - Benchmark against industry leaders in QSR/F&B **What We're Looking For** **Must-Haves:** - 3 to 5+ years of HR experience in the QSR industry - Bachelor's degree - Strong understanding of QSR operational challenges and HR practices - Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment **Nice-to-Haves:** - MBA in HR or related field - Experience in policy formulation and HR compliance - Familiarity with restaurant or retail operations - Track record of modernizing organizations **Essential Competencies:** - People Skills - Leadership & Ownership - Strategic Thinking - Adaptability - Communication - Problem-Solving **Reporting Structure:** You will report directly to the CEO, Partners, and key leadership team, ensuring strategic alignment and visibility on all HR initiatives. **Perks & Benefits:** - Health Insurance - Delicious Meals at the Office - Annual Festive Bonus - Employee Discount Across the Brands Retail Outlets Please submit your resume/CV in PDF format only.
