Role Overview: Our client, a leading F&B brand, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead human resources strategy and execution in their fast-growing organization. Your role is crucial in scaling talent acquisition operations, modernizing workforce practices, and cultivating a high-performance culture to attract and retain top talent. You will play a key role in transforming the people function while upholding core organizational values. Key Responsibilities: - Policy Development, Modernization & Implementation - Review and audit existing HR policies across all operational levels to ensure compliance and modern practices - Formulate role-specific policies for various employee segments - Create clear communication materials for policy understanding - Lead organization-wide policy rollout and updates - Talent Acquisition & Hiring - Manage recruitment for all positions across the organization - Build relationships with recruitment agencies and industry networks - Design recruitment strategies for different roles - Conduct candidate screenings and interviews - Implement efficient onboarding processes - Career Development & Employee Growth - Develop career progression frameworks for all job levels - Create individual development plans for employees - Design succession plans for critical roles - Facilitate skill development and mentorship programs - Conduct performance reviews and counseling sessions - Employee Relations & Organizational Culture - Maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels - Address concerns and grievances promptly - Foster an inclusive workplace culture - Champion employee engagement initiatives - Organizational Modernization & Employer Branding - Transform the organization into an attractive employer brand - Introduce contemporary HR practices and policies - Benchmark against industry leaders for best practices Qualification Required: - Must-Haves: - 3 to 5+ years of HR experience in the QSR industry - Bachelor's degree - Strong understanding of QSR operational challenges and HR practices - Experience in talent acquisition at scale - Nice-to-Haves: - MBA in HR or related field - Experience in policy formulation and HR compliance - Familiarity with restaurant, food production, or retail operations - Essential Competencies: - People Skills - Leadership & Ownership - Strategic Thinking - Adaptability - Communication - Problem-Solving Additional Details: Our client is a leading F&B brand with a strong market presence and diverse workforce.
