Role Overview: At Techdome, a technology-driven company, you will play a crucial role as a Communication and HR Specialist based in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include enhancing employee engagement, maintaining digital presence, ensuring internal communication coherence, and supporting HR initiatives with a holistic approach. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment process, including job descriptions, postings, resume screening, interviewing, and compensation packages. - Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures. - Maintain employee records and conduct performance evaluations. - Set up KPIs for employees and gather feedback. - Finalize a comprehensive HR manual with policies. - Manage office operations like record management, equipment maintenance, and mail processing. - Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event planning. - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide management advice. - Respond to inquiries and offer administrative support to staff. - Develop and implement office attendance policies and procedures. - Assist in facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance. - Plan and execute events promoting organizational objectives. - Develop and manage internal communication for employee engagement. - Possess strong organizational and time management skills. - Manage and maintain files, records, and databases. - Maintain HRMS, employee records, and documents. - Manage team communication, expenses, conferences, and offsite activities. Qualification Required: - Willingness to work in a small team environment. - 2+ years of professional experience in HR and Admin roles. - Competence in hiring for tech positions. - Proficiency in HR practices and recruitment. - Openness to learning new skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. - Demonstrated humility, kindness, and openness to feedback. Additional Details: - Capable of working independently and collaboratively. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Hands-on HR management approach with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.,
