Urgent Requirement | HR Business Partner (HRBP) executive Kochin

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our operations in Odisha, with a strong background in Retail or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industries.

Key Responsibilities (KPI):

Strategic Partnership

• • Collaborate with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people and organizational matters.

Talent Management

• • Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.

• • Design and implement bulk hiring strategies tailored to local market demands.

Employee Relations

• • Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.

• • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a positive work culture.

Learning & Development

• • Identify and implement training initiatives to foster skill enhancement and employee growth.

• • Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

• • Provide guidance on salary structuring and benefits management in line with industry benchmarks.

• • Stay compliant with regional compensation laws and trends.

Performance Analysis

• • Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity) and share insights with leadership.

• • Proactively address workforce risks and challenges.

Culture Building

• • Champion initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.

• • Ensure alignment of regional teams with organizational values and ethics.

Candidate Profile:

• • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management

• • Experience: 48 years in HRBP or Generalist roles

• • Industry Background: Retail / QSR preferred

• • Locations to handle : Kochin
