Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. Ensure timely hiring to reduce vacancy gaps. Improve offer-to-joining ratio. Employee Engagement Plan and execute monthly engagement activities. Maintain and improve employee satisfaction scores (e.g., through surveys). Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain up-to-date employee records. Ensure 100% statutory and labor law compliance. Process payroll accurately and on time. Training & Development Identify training needs in consultation with department heads. Organize workshops/seminars aligned with skill development goals. Track effectiveness of learning initiatives. Performance Management Support the appraisal process and goal setting across teams. Coordinate mid-year and annual reviews. Ensure timely and constructive feedback cycles. HR Analytics & Reporting Maintain HR dashboards and KPIs. Generate monthly reports (attrition, hiring trends, absenteeism). Analyze data to recommend improvements.
