The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and convert leads into sales. Responsibilities include explaining product features, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries via calls, chats, and emails Promote refurbished laptops and desktops to potential customers Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints Maintain customer records and update CRM Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasive skills Prior experience in BPO or sales preferred Basic knowledge of computer hardware is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
