Position: Team Leader – BPO Sales Experience: 2-3 Years (with current organization) Company: Usedon Computer India Pvt Ltd Location: 702, 7th floor, Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019 Industry: BPO / ITES Department: Sales / Business Development Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – BPO Sales who has proven experience in managing outbound/inbound sales teams in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of continuous experience within our organization and is ready to take the next step in team leadership and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BPO Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality. Develop sales strategies and implement best practices to enhance team performance. Handle escalations, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and KPIs. Coordinate with operations and HR for team management, training needs, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards. Conduct team meetings and motivational sessions to keep the team engaged and driven. Analyze call and conversion data to identify training or support needs. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO sales, with consistent performance and growth within the company. Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team in a BPO setup. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience with CRM tools, sales metrics, and call monitoring systems. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Good understanding of BPO KPIs like AHT, CSAT, conversion rate, etc. Experience in outbound sales/voice process preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
