Job Title: AI Content Developer Location: 702, 7th floor, Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019 Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 years experience Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Content Developer to design, develop, and refine high-quality content using AI tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) and have a strong understanding of content creation principles for marketing, education, or corporate training purposes. Key Responsibilities: Create, refine, and optimize text, image, or video content using AI-driven tools. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to plan and execute AI-generated content strategies. Train and fine-tune AI models (if applicable) for specific business content needs. Evaluate AI outputs for tone, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. Develop prompt templates, content scripts, FAQs, chatbot flows, or other AI-assisted outputs. Stay up to date with advancements in AI content generation tools and techniques. A/B test AI-generated content performance and optimize accordingly. Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools (e.g., OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.). Skills Required: Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to write for different tones, audiences, and platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing content. (Preferred) Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of tools like Canva, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, Notion AI, or Descript. Experience working with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress). Previous experience in marketing, copywriting, instructional design, or technical writing.
