We are looking for a motivated BPO Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, converting leads into sales, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive business growth. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the BPO sector.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into clients through effective negotiation and communication.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
