Job Description

We are Hiring : Sales & Retention Executive (Voice Process)

Hexaware is seeking motivated individuals to join our International Voice Team.

What we are looking for:

Excellent English communication skills
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate
Prior Sales experience preferred/Freshers Can Apply

Work Shifts

Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Off)
Shift Window: 24 (Any 9 Hrs of Shift)

Selection Process:

1. HR Round

2. Operations Round

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound sales calls, telemarketing, and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
Convert generated leads into paying customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge for personal growth.
Stay updated on product offerings, pricing plans, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BPO sales or related field (telecom industry preferred).
Strong communication skills with ability to handle international voice process calls effectively.
Proficiency in lead generation, inside sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, telesales, telecalling, bpo sales.
