Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing : Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Employee Relations : Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws. Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisals and feedback. Assist in setting objectives and goals for teams and individuals. Support managers in coaching and mentoring employees for development and growth. Compensation and Benefits : Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and bonus structures. Ensure the company offers competitive benefits packages and complies with local laws regarding benefits. Advise on compensation policies and ensure internal equity. Training and Development : Identify training needs and opportunities for employees to enhance their skills. Coordinate employee development programs, workshops, and seminars. Develop succession planning strategies and leadership development initiatives. Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and handle confidential information responsibly. HR Reporting and Metrics : Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training outcomes. Use data to make recommendations for improving HR processes and employee engagement.
