Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Tiruppur Taluka for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee and manage the end-to-end merchandising process, including product sourcing, sample development, and production follow-up. The role involves collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal teams to meet quality and delivery expectations. The position also includes identifying trends and market demands while managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations to drive product success and achieve sales targets.
Understanding of Marketing strategies to support product placement and market growth.
Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in merchandising, product development, or a related field is preferred.
A background in textiles or apparel is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field is desirable but not mandatory.
