Job Description

As a Factory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of a 350 machine knit garment manufacturing factory. Your role will involve ensuring smooth functioning of the factory to meet production targets and quality standards. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility in working hours. You will be expected to manage day shift, evening shift, and morning shift schedules from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed to support operational requirements. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses based on achieving set targets and a yearly bonus as part of the compensation package. The work location for this role is on-site at the factory, where you will be actively involved in supervising and coordinating various aspects of factory operations to drive efficiency and productivity.,
