Factory Manager

Position Overview
The Operation Manager / Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entiremanufacturing unit, ensuring seamless production, maintaining quality standards, managingmanpower, and driving continuous improvement across the factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

• Lead and supervise end-to-end factory operations
• Ensure production targets are met with quality and efficiency
• Implement effective production planning and workflow management
• Reduce downtime and increase operational productivity

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards for FMCG export products
• Maintain documentation and compliance for export audits
• Implement and monitor GMP, SOPs, and safety standards

Team Leadership & Manpower Handling

• Manage supervisors, shift in-charges, technicians, and manpower
• Train teams for improved performance and safety

Maintain discipline, motivation, and workforce efficiency

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Monitor raw materials, packaging material, and finished goods
• Coordinate with procurement, transporters, and export teams
• Ensure smooth dispatch, export documentation, and timelines

Process Optimization & Cost Control

• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques
• Minimize wastage and operational costs
• Improve equipment utilization and production planning

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Coordinate with senior management for strategy and planning
• Handle factory statutory requirements and compliance

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing / factory operationsExperience in FMCG / Fragrance / Chemical / Food Processing preferredStrong leadership & workforce management skillsKnowledge of export standards and documentation is an advantageExcellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
