Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch. • Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet business targets. • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, quality norms, and statutory compliances (FSSAI, GMP, hygiene, safety). • Manage manpower including supervisors, operators, contract labour, and staff. • Monitor and control production costs, wastage, and yield improvement. • Coordinate with QA/QC, Supply Chain, Stores, and Maintenance teams. • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and factory acts. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, process optimization). • Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and audit readiness. • Handle audits, inspections, and certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile • Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Food Technology, or relevant discipline. • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, and quality systems. • Experience handling large shop-floor teams and contract labour. • Good understanding of labour compliances and statutory requirements. • Leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
