Factory Manager

As a Factory Head at our manufacturing facility in Turbhe, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end operations. Your strong experience in people management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, ideally in the FMCG, food, or dairy industries, will be crucial for success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring cross-functional factory teams including production, QA, maintenance, and logistics. - Overseeing daily production, quality, efficiency, and on-time execution. - Managing key departments and aligning operations with business goals. - Driving process optimization, cost control, and resource utilization. - Ensuring food safety, labor law compliance, and hygiene standards. - Identifying and developing internal talent with structured growth plans. - Working closely with management, procurement, and logistics teams. - Adapting to the pace of a startup-style factory setup with hands-on involvement. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 6-8 years of experience in factory operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG/food/dairy industry. - A degree in Engineering, Food Tech, or related field; an MBA is a plus. - Strong leadership, planning, quality control, and compliance knowledge. - Experience in lean/agile factory setups is highly preferred.
