Factory Manager

As a Factory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete factory operations of a 350 machine knit garment manufacturing factory. Your role will involve: - Managing day-to-day operations efficiently - Ensuring smooth functioning of all processes - Optimizing production output - Implementing quality control measures - Monitoring and improving factory performance - Supervising factory staff and resources effectively To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proven experience in factory operations management - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines The company offers performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and a full-time, permanent position with day, evening, and morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability for work.
