Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive Telecaller with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and offers clearly to clients Schedule site visits and follow up on leads to ensure closures Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups Handle client queries professionally and efficiently Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of tele-calling /sales experience in the real estate sector Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus) Ability to meet targets Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling Benefits: Fixed monthly salary. Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure & improve the participation of stakeholders on the platform for Biomass Banks operations. 2. Ensure platform becomes the decision maker for operations. Create an ecosystem which will lead towards self-sustaining operational model. Aggregation 1. Monthly, Weekly & Daily scheduling, planning on platform. 2. Updating offers, creating deals and deliveries of Inward. 3. Ensuring loading unloading invoice verification stays live. 4. Readiness of - Machine deployment plan, season understanding, modifications in the machinery is vital. Rural Network Development operations part 1. Awareness of partner model and keeping training, certification program paced up to the desired level. Creating a plan for the season as a part of readiness. 2. Understand and remove the bottlenecks in the aggregation, logistics and promoters daily tasks to ensure participation. 3. Maintain positive work environment at Biomass Banks. 4. Lead the operations and utilization of platform. Maintain the data sanctity. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge Local Culture, Knowledge and Influencers Any Specific Need Ability to create and manage relationships Ability to do concept sales, Exposure to dealing with Farmers / FPOs/ other rural business entities Understanding of internet-based platforms.
