PPC Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform daily account management on Google Ads or other search platforms.
  
• Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
  
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, creatives, betas, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for Google channels.
  
• Managing 2 team members.
  
• Generate weekly and monthly client reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and highlight key insights in accordance with client goals.
  
• Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  
• Work with leadership to explain and refine strategic plans.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product developments.
  
• Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Review meetings showcasing business growth.
  
• Take responsibility for team growth and plan personal development programs for subordinates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC),

  mandatory from the EdTech sector

  .
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube Ads) and Google Analytics.
  
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization.
  
• Ability to think creatively, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Tech graduate/MBA with a passion for search and internet marketing.
  
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
