Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Build and manage strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Experience in the telecom or IT industry preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
