Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Hyderabad Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days) Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, working with CRM tools, and preferably a background in the telecom or IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales opportunities Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems Build and manage strong, long-term customer relationships Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Experience in the telecom or IT industry preferred Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for career growth and skill development Supportive and collaborative work environment Five-day work week promoting work-life balance (Monday - Friday)
