PPC Executive

Job description :

1) 1) To review (N+2) months Target Billing with PM Team.

2) To prepare (N+2) months capacity rolling planning sheet and sharing with all concerns to take advance actions.

3) To Prepare monthly Production schedule and release to shop floor along with job cards.

4) Finalize next month production priority with PM team.

5) Follow up for complete RM receipt status from SCM and escalate if any.

6) Release Inspection calls (IC) by reviewing raw material and production status (Plant 1)

7) Weekly review of Plan Vs Actual with production team & take appropriate actions if required.

8) Enhance in-house capacity for bottleneck sections/processes by reviewing current shifts, productivity, and available similar machines. If needed, outsourcing will be arranged for the affected processes during that month.

9) Share stock report for OHE products

10) Responsible for project closing as per target dates

11) Provide costing for regular OHE products, RTPD, MCS Castings, Checkrail
