Post : International Sales Executive Education : Chemical Engineer / Polymer Engineer / Diploma in Plastic Experience : 4 to 5 years sales experience in selling Chemicals for Polymer, Rubber Chemicals,Carbon Black, Silica, Adhesive, Chemicals for Polyurethane, Rigid PU, Cast PU & Flexible PU,Adhesive, Surfactant, Chemicals for Composite application like Epoxy resins, Polyester Resin, hardener, Wax Polish, Adhesive, Mould Release Agents & other specialty chemicals. Job profile: Managing sales targets, receivables and new business development in Rubber segment Managing distributors and working with them to grow the sales. Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships. Conducting trials, developing key account plan & strategies, maintaining and updating customer databases. Monitoring competitor activity. Develop excellent relationships with key decision makers at target customers in this highly competitive industry. Regular customers visits Skills & personal attributes: Self-driven and organized Teamwork skills: The ability to work well with others while pursuing a common goal Excellent English communication skills.
