Car Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our car showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and closing sales effectively while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Present and demonstrate various car models, features, and specifications. Provide detailed product information, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services. Arrange test drives and follow up with potential customers. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales, including registration, insurance, and financing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business. Stay updated with the latest vehicle models, features, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Coordinate with the service and finance departments as needed. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows when required. Requirements: Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred. Proven experience in automobile sales (preferred),Experience - 2-5Yrs Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Valid driving license (mandatory).
