Job Title: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive

Location: Ambala Saha Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary: The PPC Executive is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, accurate maintenance of production data, and optimizing the production mix to meet demand while maximizing resource utilization. The role involves close coordination with production, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Scheduling
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records, work orders, inventory data, and raw material usage.
• Update ERP / SAP / Excel systems with real-time production information.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all production reports.
• Production Mix Management
• Analyze and optimize the production mix based on demand, profitability, and available capacity.
• Suggest adjustments to reduce wastage, improve efficiency, and meet cost objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Analyze production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Provide timely updates to management regarding production status and issues.
• Compliance & SOP Adherence
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain records for audits and internal reviews.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy of production data ≥ 99%
• Timely production schedule adherence ≥ 95%
• Optimized production mix with minimal overproduction/underproduction
• Timely and accurate reporting
• SOP & compliance adherence ≥ 95%

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years experience in PPC, production planning, or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in ERP / SAP / Excel
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,450.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
