Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Experience Required: 0-2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, working with CRM tools, and preferably a background in the telecom or IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and online research.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product demos and presentations for potential customers.
Manage and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to achieve sales goals.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing (freshers can apply) OR 1-2 years of inside sales/business development experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Knowledge of mobile applications, VoIP systems, and basic network troubleshooting preferred.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Quick learner with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
