Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube)

  , and other platforms.
• Manage and mentor PPC Executives and Specialists to ensure professional growth.
  
• Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle planning, execution, optimization, and reporting — to achieve business KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
  
• Monitor campaign performance data to generate insights and recommend improvements.
  
• Collaborate with creative, content, tech, and sales teams for aligned campaign execution.
  
• Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) presentations to leadership.
  
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution using tools like

  Google Analytics

  ,

  GTM

  , and conversion tracking pixels.
• Prepare in-depth reports and dashboards for performance metrics including ROI, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Business/Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  
• 4–6 years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing

  in the EdTech sector

  (mandatory) with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.

Work Details:

• Age: Below 35
  
• Shift: 9 hours (Mon–Fri), Sat–Sun off
  
• Probation: 6 months (confirmation possible after 3 months with good performance)
