PPC Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handling PD and Production both,
• Coordinate with buyers and collect latest design, color scheme and fabric qualities those are going to be used in coming season.
• Get approval for lab dips, Bitloom and strike offs directly from buyers or from buying office.
• Explains sampling master about the design and buyer requirement mention in spec sheet.
• Do follow up with sampling tailors at the time of stitching of samples.
• Check finished sample and arrange to send the sample to the buyer..
• Prepare the Costing Sheet, TNA Sheet Meeting with Factory & vendors for the PPM, SIZE SET, PCD, FPT, GPT
• Planning for new season sampling, new Development and production orders with factory & Vendor for the on time submission of Sampling, FOB, Bulk Shipment. Submission of samples to buyer (Proto, presentation, Marketing, FIT, PP & TOP samples) thru Courier.
• Follow up with Buyer &marketing team for approvals and feedback. Giving approval on samples where buyer intervention is not required. Preparation of material requirement as per the buyer for the factory & vendor.
• Prepare production order files for the Factory & vender for the Smooth running production.
• Arrange the all types of trim as per the order with nominated supplier &local accessory suppliers
• Dealing with Testing Laboratories for the Test report of FPT, GPT, TRIM according to various standard as per the buyer.
