Job Description

Job Title: UI Full Stack Developer (React + NodeJS)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5-8 Years

Job Summary:

UI Full Stack Developer (React + NodeJS)

8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using
ReactJS
and
NodeJS
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver robust solutions.
Write
clean, secure, and maintainable code
aligned with industry best practices.
Participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
Debug, optimize performance, and ensure smooth functionality of applications.
For
Senior/Lead Roles (8+ years)
:

Lead a small team of developers.
Review code and enforce secure coding standards (OWASP or equivalent).
Guide juniors and ensure Agile best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

ReactJS:
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience.
NodeJS:
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience.
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience in Agile / Sprint-based environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (for Lead roles 8+ years):

Secure coding practices with
OWASP
or equivalent frameworks.
Leadership and mentoring experience in Agile teams.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage.
