Job Description

Position: Support Team Lead / Support Executive

Job Summary:

Support Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical support team, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Provide expert-level support for systems involving
Linux
,
SIP protocols
, and
WebRTC technologies
.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Monitor support ticket queues and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance when needed.
Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices.
Drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
Linux administration and troubleshooting
In-depth knowledge of
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
Experience with
WebRTC-based applications and debugging
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage and mentor a team
Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
