Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical Support for cybersecurity solutions, such as firewalls, web security- SASE, endpoint protection, DLP email security, Vulnerability management, cloud security, SIEM, & Data centre, server, storage/backup etc.
Conduct solution presentations, demos, Proof of concept /Proof of value.
Enable channel partners through trainings, webinars, and hands-on workshops.
Prepare solution designs, BOMs, and architecture documentation.
Stay up to date with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security principles (network security, Email, endpoint, IAM, cloud security, etc).
Familiarity with common operating systems, including Windows, Linux.
Hands-on experience with security products. Like: Firewall, Web Security, Email Security, Endpoint Security, Router, Switches, etc
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward improving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, CEH, Security+ / Any relevant OEM Professional certifications.
