Job Description

Role Overview:The HR Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management across outlets/units. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment (Screening, Scheduling, Interviews, Salary negotiation & Offer releases). Manage joining formalities and maintain employee records in HRMS. Ensure timely attendance tracking, payroll inputs & leave management. Coordinate training & induction for new employees. Monitor staff discipline, grooming standards & workplace behavior. Support the performance review and appraisal process. Handle employee grievance management and maintain healthy work culture. Ensure statutory compliance documentation (ESIC, PF, Gratuity etc. where applicable). Prepare and share weekly and monthly HR reports. Candidate Requirements:Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field. 2–5 years of HR experience (Hospitality / Retail / QSR preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, well-groomed, proactive and people-oriented. Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems. Work Schedule:6 days working Flexible to travel across outlets (if required)
