Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience handling HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination. You will play a key role in supporting the daily HR functions and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and database records accurately.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare periodic HR reports and assist the HR Manager in daily tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–2 years of proven experience in HR or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR software or HRMS systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
