Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leave, and personal files.
Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance activities.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Coordinate internal training and staff development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
