What We’re Looking For:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities — from job postings and resume shortlisting to interview coordination.

Support onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.

Foster a positive and engaging work culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Address employee queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in HR roles.

Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
