The candidate should also be proficient in data entry in excel and have a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain daily attendance, overtime, and leave registers, ensuring records are up-to-date. 2. Process monthly payroll entries on time. 3. Prepare new interview profile and manage employee documentation. 4. Process settlements, advances, hold salaries, leave wages, and gratuity, while maintaining employee records. 5. Prepare and update employment statistics and employee data regularly.
