HR Executive

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and performance tracking. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive work culture aligned with Skill Maestro’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Design and implement HR policies, engagement activities, and team events.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational development.
• Conduct induction and training sessions for new hires.
• Support performance evaluation and feedback systems.
• Foster a healthy, transparent, and motivating work environment.
• Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns efficiently.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Experience in the education or service industry will be an added advantage.
