Education Loan Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Education Loan Executive with a strong background in sales to join our Study Abroad Finance team. The ideal candidate will not only guide students in securing the right education loans but will also actively generate leads, build partnerships, and drive conversions. This role requires a mix of consultative selling skills, financial knowledge, and excellent relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective students and families, understand their financial needs, and convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Loan Consultation: Advise students on the best-fit education loan options from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Eligibility Assessment: Assess student and co-applicant profiles, reviewing CIBIL scores, income documents, and collateral details.
• Application Assistance: Guide students through the end-to-end loan application process, including document collection, submission, and status tracking.
• Bank Coordination: Liaise with partner banks/NBFCs to negotiate and secure competitive loan offers for students.
• Balance Transfer Services: Assist students in refinancing or transferring existing education loans to lower interest rates.
• Forex Assistance: Support students with foreign exchange requirements by coordinating with forex providers for the best rates.
• B2B Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with education consultants, universities, and coaching institutes to generate steady loan leads.
• Customer Support: Manage student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email with prompt follow-ups and updates.
• Market Insights: Stay up to date with the latest loan products, banking policies, and forex trends to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (banking/loans/financial services preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of education loans, financial documentation, and credit scoring will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
