Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end human resource functions while also possessing a working understanding of UI/UX design principles. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge people management with product and user-centric thinking, supporting both organizational culture and design-driven teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Coordinate with technical, design, and leadership teams to understand manpower requirements.

Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, NDAs, and HR documentation.

Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and exit processes.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies.

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace culture initiatives.

Support leadership in building a scalable, value-driven HR framework.

UI/UX–Related Responsibilities (Supportive & Collaborative)

Possess a working understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframes, and design thinking.

Coordinate with UI/UX designers to:

Assist in design documentation, user journey mapping, and internal reviews.

Support usability feedback collection from internal teams or test users.

Contribute to employer branding, career pages, internal dashboards, and HR portals from a UX perspective.

Help ensure internal tools, HR systems, and communication materials are user-friendly and intuitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Design, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in HR (startup or tech environment preferred).

Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX concepts, such as:

User-centric design

Wireframing

Information architecture

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is a plus (not mandatory).

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Ability to work in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment.

Good to Have:

Experience working with tech, aerospace, or product-based teams.

Exposure to design-thinking workshops or agile teams.

Understanding of branding, storytelling, or product presentation.

Startup mindset with problem-solving attitude.
