➢ Manage recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates
➢ Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires including documentation, induction programs, and coordination with other departments
➢ Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation in line with company policies and legal compliance
➢ Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, new joiners, etc.) for management review
➢ Handle the exit process of employees including conducting exit interviews, issuing relieving letters, and coordinating final settlements
➢ Assist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures
➢ Coordinate with other departments for HR-related requirements and communication
➢ Ensure timely and accurate documentation and data entry into HRIS/HRMS systems
➢ Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
➢ Proficient in MS Excel and other HR tools (HRIS/ATS preferred)
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
➢ High attention to detail and data accuracy
➢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
➢ Strong organizational and coordination skills
➢ Proactive & Self Motivated
