CAs ensure financial statements adhere to accounting standards and handle tax compliance. Company Secretary (CS): Legal Compliance: Ensures the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance guidelines. Corporate Governance: Provides guidance to the board on best practices in corporate governance, ensuring transparency and integrity. Regulatory Reporting: Prepares and files necessary forms and returns with regulatory bodies, such as the Registrar of Companies/MCA.
