Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Ø Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and other contracts.Ø Ensuring timelyand accurate compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and otherstatutory requirements.Ø Maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings.Ø Advising management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.Ø Coordinating with legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies as required.Requirements:Ø Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.Ø Strong knowledgeof SEBI, Companies Act, and corporate governance frameworks.Ø Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Ø Ability to workindependently and handle multiple responsibilities with precision.If you have a keeninterest in corporate law and strong legal drafting skills, we would like to hear from you.•How to Apply:Please share yourupdated resume along with a cover letter to hr@oceanfinvest.in with thesubject line: Application for Company Secretary - Ocean Finvest.
