Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, and Listing Agreement requirements.
  • Manage company secretarial functions, including filing of documents with ROC, MCA, and other relevant authorities.
  • Oversee IPO management from pre-issue planning to post-listing activities.
  • Provide legal support on corporate governance matters related to companies act and securities law.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely completion of statutory tasks such as AGMs, EGMs, and board meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in Company Secretarial role or equivalent position.
  • CS (Any Specialization) degree required; LLB/LLM preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, Listing Agreement obligations.
