Qualifications:

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in plants producing electrical equipment, cables, or conductors is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industrial/employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce management in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, training, and time/attendance management for plant staff.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, welfare practices, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO compliance.
  • Strong coordination with EHS, legal, and corporate HR teams and HR software proficiency.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and under pressure.
