Qualifications:

MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant degree.
3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in plants producing electrical equipment, cables, or conductors is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial/employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce management in manufacturing.
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, training, and time/attendance management for plant staff.
Knowledge of health, safety, welfare practices, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO compliance.
Strong coordination with EHS, legal, and corporate HR teams and HR software proficiency.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and under pressure.
