Enter and update accounting data (invoices, vouchers, journal entries, vendor/customer masters) into ERP/accounting systems (
Tally, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
).
Validate entries against supporting documents (POs, GRNs, bank statements) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform daily/weekly data quality checks; correct inconsistencies and duplicates.

Accounts Support

Assist in
AP/AR
processes: invoice posting, payment tracking, receipt applications, credit/debit notes.
Support
bank reconciliations
,
ledger postings
, and
trial balance
preparation.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance (statutory & internal).

Reporting & MIS

Generate routine and ad-hoc
MIS reports
(aging, cash flow snapshots, expense summaries, variance analysis).
Prepare monthly data extracts for
closing
and
management reviews
.
Maintain dashboards and trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.

Process & Compliance

Follow established
SOPs
and
internal controls
; suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve data issues.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data cleaning).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice lifecycle
