Role & responsibilities

Advisory in Routine compliances under Companies Act, FEMA, LODR etc
Managerial skills of getting execution done from team
Flair in Business formations, routine registrations, E- filings, etc
Research in new amendments in Companies Act, FEMA, LODR etc IEPF matters
Advisory and registrations of Trademarks and Copyrights
Drafting / vetting of agreements and contracts

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Company Secretary with post qualification experience of at least 1-3 years OR Semi qualified CS having completed Training and has working experience of a least 2 years
