About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Social Media team. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging visuals that communicate our brand's identity across digital and print platforms. If you have a strong eye for design, an understanding of branding, and a passion for visual storytelling, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: · Design compelling visual content for web, social media, print, and digital campaigns. · Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all design materials. · Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns. · Translate briefs and ideas into high-quality, on-brand creative assets. · Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently. · Prepare and deliver print-ready files (with proper bleed, margins, and color profiles). · Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. · Ensure visual consistency in all deliverable s across channels. · Be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where roles and priorities may evolve. Key Skills: · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) · Strong sense of branding and visual identity · Typography, layout, and design principles · Ability to develop creative concepts independently and in teams · Strong communication and collaboration skills · Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines · Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects Key Tools: · Adobe Creative Suite · Canva · CorelDRAW · Procreate Key Deliverables: · Marketing Collateral: Flyers, brochures, posters, banners · Social Media Creatives: Static posts, stories, ads, cover images · Brand Assets: Logos, brand guidelines, icon sets · Digital Ads: Web banners, email headers, display ads · Presentation Decks: Branded slide decks, proposals, pitch presentations · Print-Ready Files: CMYK outputs with correct bleed/margins · Motion Graphics: Simple animations or video snippets Role: Graphic Designer Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Department: UX, Design & Architecture Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Other Design Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Illustrator, Graphic Designing, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Design Principles, Motion Graphics, Corel Draw, Branding, Typography About company A fast growing company which dreams to redefine the boundaries across various industries.
