Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assist to head of the department for end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with department heads
  • Preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires

Attendance management :

  • Assisting with payroll processing (attendance, leave, etc.)
  • Managing employee benefits such as insurance, PF, ESI
  • Addressing payroll-related queries

Onboarding & Induction :

  • Welcoming new employees and introducing them to the company culture
  • Coordinating orientation sessions
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance during joining

Employee Records & Documentation :

  • Maintaining and updating employee databases
  • Managing personnel files, contracts, and HR-related documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Exit Formalities :

  • Coordinating the offboarding process
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Ensuring final settlement and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
