Day to day HR operaiton of a 4** hotel including salary process, employee welfare etc. Computer knowledge, communication skills, follow ups

Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:Act as a first point of contact for employees with inquiries, concerns, and complaints.Facilitate open communication and maintain positive employee relations.Assist with conflict resolution and mediate workplace disputes.Recruitment & Onboarding:Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and equipped.Payroll & Benefits Administration:Process payroll accurately and on time, adhering to all legal requirements.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Employee Welfare & Development:Develop and implement employee wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment.Coordinate and administer employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and create a positive company culture.
