Job Description – HR Executive Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 Experience: 1 to 2 Years Location: Delhi Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (1–2 years) to handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, ESIC & EPF activities, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, HR documentation knowledge, and experience in HR compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews. Job posting on portals and coordinating walk-in interviews. Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and employee code creation. Conducting joining formalities and maintaining employee files. 2. Attendance & Leave Management Daily monitoring of attendance (Absent, Late, OD, Leave). Punch issues, correction requests, and branch coordination. Generating daily, weekly, and monthly attendance MIS reports. 3. ESIC & EPF Compliance ESIC IP generation, TIC creation, dependent updates. EPF onboarding, UAN activation, KYC updates. Coordination with consultants for monthly filings. Handling employee queries related to ESIC benefits (maternity, sickness, etc.). 4. Payroll Support Sharing attendance inputs with the payroll team. Supporting in preparing salary sheets, overtime, deductions, and final settlements. Maintaining payroll-related documents. 5. HR Documentation & Employee Relations Drafting HR letters: warning, memo, increment, confirmation, relieving, transfer, etc. Handling employee grievances and providing resolutions. Ensuring proper implementation of HR policies across departments. 6. Compliance & Reporting Preparing HR MIS: joining, separation, manpower, absenteeism & attrition reports. Supporting audits by maintaining complete HR records. Ensuring compliance as per company rules and labour norms. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation or Post-Graduation (BBA/MBA in HR preferred). 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations. Good knowledge of ESIC, EPF, attendance systems, and recruitment. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, MIS). Good communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidentiality and multitasking. Personal Attributes Positive attitude and disciplined work approach. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
